Returns and Exchanges

How do I return an item?

We accept returns for up to 5 business days after you receive your order, on products eligible for return. All returns and exchanges must be requested in writing by email to order@libertycoin.shop — we cannot process a request by phone.

Bullion

Orders for bullion products cannot be cancelled or returned for any reason. Some items may incur a $35 restocking fee and a market loss fee.

Condition

Returned items must be unopened and returned in their complete original product packaging to be eligible for a refund. In some cases we may be able to exchange the product depending on the circumstances — email us to ask.
