Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Precious metal prices move with the market, and an order is confirmed once payment clears and the item is allocated from stock on hand.

Random dates

When purchasing “random dates” you can expect to receive dates and types of our choice, depending upon current stock on hand. The stock images used are an indicator of the quality of the item you will receive; the actual item is guaranteed to be as described and depicted.

Bullion orders

Orders for bullion products cannot be cancelled or returned for any reason.
